All users of the ITC Centre are kindly requested to vacate the premises by 11:00PM. Any delay beyond this time will unfortunately result in a penalty charge of £50 for each half-hour increment.

Please note: a penalty for additional cleaning or lateness leaving will be applied up to £300.

Your booking is only secured when you have made the full payment.

A deposit of £50 will be retained and refunded on the next working day after all the checks have been carried out.

The room is not licensed for the consumption of Alcohol.

If the booking is cancelled, half of the amount paid will be refunded.

Declaration:

I declare that I am over 18 years old, and I will ensure the use of the hall will conform to the requirements set out in the TERMS OF CONDITIONS ATTACHED. The named person booking the hall will reimburse ITC Centre Management for any damage to the hall sustained at the event or for any unauthorized removal of any fixtures or fittings. I understand the hall is only available for the purpose of booking. I declare the information I have given is correct and to the best of my knowledge.
