This conference is dedicated to honouring the extraordinary healthcare workers who risked their lives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Alongside this tribute, we will reflect on how the pandemic has transformed people’s lives and explore the new opportunities that have emerged in a post-pandemic world.

One such initiative is “Pathways Without Cobbles”, an AWAAZ project funded by Awards for All. The project is designed to support individuals in making informed choices, gaining access to education and training, and exploring new opportunities in the job market — particularly in digital skills. It also encourages self-employment as a sustainable pathway to independence and success, empowering individuals to reach their chosen destinations.
