📋 Terms and Conditions

• All users of the ITC Centre are kindly requested to vacate the premises by 11:00 PM. Any delay beyond this time will unfortunately result in a penalty charge of £50 for each half-hour increment.
• A penalty for additional cleaning or lateness leaving will be applied up to £300.
• Your booking is only secured when you have made the full payment.
• A deposit of £50 will be retained and refunded on the next working day after all checks have been carried out.
• The room is not licensed for the consumption of Alcohol.
• If the booking is cancelled, half of the amount paid will be refunded.
• I declare that I am over 18 years old, and I will ensure the use of the hall will conform to the requirements set out in these terms.
